Capricorn

Capricorn is goal-oriented and values structure, hard work, and long-term success. They are dependable and practical, but their strong focus on achievement can sometimes make them appear distant or overly serious.

Has a five-year plan laminated on her wall. Cannot take it when people are lazy. Takes a lunch break but spends it working. Will out-work, out-earn, and out-survive everyone in the room. Either an insane entrepreneur in founder mode, or the best employee in the room.

Strengths: Disciplined, goal oriented, reliable and keeps their word, stays calm under pressure, natural leader with quiet authority, practical problem solver, ambitious.

Weakness: Stubborn, work-focused, emotionally reserved, workaholic, struggles to relax, difficulty expressing feelings.
